▶ Yo Soy Indigo
Original folk-funk band formed around singer, songwriter, and guitarist Emily Thiel from Connecticut, USA. Her vibrant and often personal songwriting is backed up by her powerful vocal performance and the brilliant assembly of the other members. The band itself was born out of a jam session in an old factory in 2014, and has grown to what it is today: a mish-mosh of wonderfully weird, international musicians with blazing solos, soulful melodies, deep lyrical expression, and a good serving of humor. The band calls itself “folk-funk”, which just scratches the surface of the free-flowing genres the band explores.
Yo Soy Indigo: mish-kašička nádherně podivných, mezinárodních hudebníků s planoucími sólami, oduševnělnými melodiemi, hlubokým lyrickým výrazem a dobrým humorem. Kapela se nazývá “folk-funk”, která jen škrábne povrch žhavých žánrů, které skupina zkoumá.
Emily Thiel, (USA) : vocals, guitar, songwriter

Multinational band of musicians with their own traditions and emotions in music. The story of the band started when Kristina decided to leave Prague and try to find her fortune in Portugal. She got lucky and met guitarist Miguel and together they started their musical experiment. After couple of gigs in Portugal they decided to explore the central part of Europe and moved to Prague. They were trying to connect with different musicians until they played in wonderful tea house A MazeIn Tchaiovna, where they met tea house owner and beautiful persona Andy ? After couple of concerts Kristina and Miguel got lucky to have in the audience silent but very focused man named Servando, who joined them immediately on their concert jam session on the drums. This jam became epic with Andy on violin , Servando on the percussions, Kristina singing and Miguel playing. And thats how the story of Kristina & Freedees begins. Their songs are growing from relaxed acoustic sessions to hard chanson to emotional ballads. They also have repertoire of known songs transformed into their own style and feelings in different languages as Slovak, Portuguese, Czech and English. The diversity of each musician is trying to create a combination of various moods, styles and traditions which is reflected in the music.
Kristina & Freedes: Nadnárodní skupina hudebníků s vlastními tradicemi a emocemi. Rozmanitost každého hudebníka, snaha o kombinace různých nálad, stylů a tradic se odráží v hudbě, kterou hrají.
